Our lead attorney is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Kaiden additionally earned a Master’s Degree in Taxation for Attorneys (LL.M. in Tax) and worked for one of the largest accounting firms in the world-KPMG. With over 25 years of legal, accounting and litigation experience, Mr. Kaiden is uniquely qualified to help families create an effective estate and elder law plan which helps them navigate the murky waters surrounding probate, public benefits, and tax law.
