Thomas A. Hughes, Jr. was born in 1989. He graduated from Gulf Shores High School in 2007. He went on to graduate from the University of South Alabama in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Biology and Chemistry. He graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in 2014, summa cum laude, and was admitted by the Alabama Supreme Court to practice in 2015.

Joining The Powell Law Firm in 2015, Thomas lives and practices in Baldwin County, Alabama, but still has strong ties to Mobile, Alabama as well.
