I am the Owner/President of Sheppard Law Offices, Co., L.P.A. I started my law firm in 2005 in Westerville, Ohio. My practice is focused in the areas of bankruptcy and tax law. With 5 offices located in throughout Central and Northeast Ohio, we help individuals, families, and small business owners by filing Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases as well as handling IRS and state of Ohio tax problems.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Taxation at the University of Denver in 2000. Today, with the assistance of Tax Professional, Kenneth L. Sheppard, Sr., we help our clients identify their tax problems, become compliant with the taxing authorities and resolve their tax problems. We help our client submit Installment Agreements, Offers in Compromise and Non-Collectible Status.

In bankruptcy, we help our clients understand the difference between Chapter 7, Chapter 13 , and other non-bankruptcy alternatives, such as debt management and foreclosure defense. Our goal is to make our clients’ experience through this difficult time less stressful. And we help our clients get a “New Fresh Start”.
