Lou earned his Juris Doctor from the Valparaiso University School of Law, during which time, he was a judicial law clerk within the Cook County Circuit Court and externed at Rush University Medical Center. Prior to law school, Lou attended the University of Illinois where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
