Mr. McCauley is an experienced Tax Attorney who has represented thousands of taxpayers in Civil and Criminal Tax Cases. McCauley was presented the coveted 2016 Top Tax Practitioner Award in Baltimore Maryland at the ASTPS Spring Meeting. Attorney McCauley is the author of TAXJAMS: Simple Solutions a self help guide to tax issues. McCauley speaks at many association meeting and has spoken to real estate group meetings on topics involving tax liens and business employmeny taxes. He has represented taxpayers before the IRS, state tax authorities, Federal District court, State Courts and Tax Court. McCauley is involved as a Committee member with the Pennsylvania Bar Association and American Bar Associations.
