McCauley speaks at many association meeting and has spoken to real estate group meetings on topics involving tax liens and business employmeny taxes. He has represented taxpayers before the IRS, state tax authorities, Federal District court, State Courts and Tax Court. McCauley is involved as a Committee member with the Pennsylvania Bar Association and American Bar Associations.
