Overview
Mark is a member of the New Jersey and New York bars. After graduating law school he was a law clerk for the Hon. John Malone in Union County. He then was a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey where he was responsible for general insurance and insurance fraud cases in both Superior Court and the Office of Administrative Law. He then was the manager of a subrogation/recovery unit of a major insurance carrier where he developed legal strategies for various types of collection, bankruptcy and litigation matters. Before opening his practice, Mark worked for an organization involved in alternative dispute resolution (arbitration) of legal matters.
In 2008 Mark was the co-author of a Chapter in the ABA publication Financial Institution Bonds (3rd Edition). He has been a featured speaker at national insurance seminars on the topics of subrogation and recovery.
Mark believes that the strategy for each legal matter must be carefully developed with each client and there is no “one size fits all” approach that can be used for all clients. Depending on the circumstances, litigation, arbitration, mediation or negotiation can all be effective in resolving a client’s legal matter.
