Ms. Kelly provides outreach and community education throughout the community on foreclosure prevention, consumer rights for domestic violence survivors, consumer rights for cancer patients, landlord tenant law, predatory loans, dealing with debt collectors and understanding credi t reports. She also has taught continuing legal education for attorneys on foreclosure prevention and landlord tenant law. As part of the Virginia State Bar Young Lawyer's Conference, Ms. Kelly worked with other attorneys to create the Legal Handbook for Cancer Survivors.Ms. Kelly is on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Pverty Law Center and volunteers with Legal Services of Northern Virginia as part of their pro bono program.
