From there, Norm attended the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida and obtained his Masters in Laws, Taxation, an internationally recognized postgraduate law degree.
Norm and his family are proud Kitsap County residents. They live near the Hood Canal where he and his wife joyfully raise their three sons.
