Robert O. Fleming, Jr. has practiced construction law exclusively since 1977. Mr. Fleming received a B.S. (with honors) in Engineering Operations from North Carolina State University in 1972, and a J.D. (with distinction) from Duke University School of Law in 1977. He co-authored a chapter on building construction litigation in Deposition Strategy, Law and Forms (Matthew Bender, 1981). He has also been a guest lecturer at the Georgia Institute of Technology, teaching courses on the Legal Aspects of Architecture, Engineering and Contracting, and on Construction Finance. Mr. Fleming is a member of the Georgia Bar, and is admitted to practice before the Fourth, Fifth, Eleventh, and Federal U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Supreme Court.
